A graduate of Southwestern University School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review, Peter R. diDonato became an attorney for the specific purpose of helping people who are victims of social injustice, and who are victims injured by the wrongful conduct of people and companies.

Peter R. diDonato became a California attorney in 1977, when diDonato Law Office first opened.  For his first two years in practice, Peter gained valuable jury trial experience by representing clients in all types of criminal cases. He also learned the importance of hard work and personal investigation of crime scenes, and personally interviewing witnesses for each case to uncover evidence favorable to his clients. On several cases, Peter represented clients on published appeals with favorable results.

As his practice grew, Peter entered the arena of civil litigation to help victims of accidents, police misconduct, business fraud, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and criminal defense.

After many years in private practice and representation of 1,000s of clients, diDonato Law Center was established in 2006 in Valencia, California. The law practice has expanded to include all of California, but primarily helping clients in Santa Clarita Valley, Antelope Valley, San Fernando Valley, and San Gabriel Valley. Personal injury litigation remains the mainstay of diDonato Law Center.

diDonato Law Center specializes in representing clients in lawsuits and has achieved excellent results. Many of diDonato Law Center’s clients are referrals from other attorneys who recognize the value of our research and investigative work ethic.
